Looking back through all of my galleries from the year, I had a great time reminiscing about all the new families that I met, the familiar faces, and the fun we had at the parties and weddings.

Fun at the Lighthouse
Walking into a photoshoot, no matter how well you know the people you are shooting, is full of questions... will they be comfortable in front of the camera, will they have ideas of their own, or expect you to direct their every move?
I didn't have to worry about any of those things at this session. You could tell from moment one that I was working with two people who were not only in love, but had a high level of comfort with each other. I barely had to say a word... I just let them interact, and kept my camera aimed at them.
And when I did make a suggestion, they were ready to pose for me as well.
We all had a fun day at the lighthouse, and came away with some beautiful pictures that really express their personalities and have beautiful scenery.
