Looking back through all of my galleries from the year, I had a great time reminiscing about all the new families that I met, the familiar faces, and the fun we had at the parties and weddings.

I can't say enough good things about this group of people, and I think the photos give you an idea why... so, here, in reverse order (because that is how my website is determined they be), are the highlights from the day!
I started taking Trentin's picture when he was about 18 hours old, still in the hospital. We did pictures every month for his first year of life. When it came time to do his 12 month/Birthday photos, it was so bittersweet. The sense of accomplishment that his mother and I had was huge, but knowing that I wouldn't be seeing them every month was so sad.
Because he is a December baby, we had some holiday shots in with his usual pictures.
Then came the "sticker" shots that we had done every month. I had been carrying these in my camera bag for an entire year, and it was strange taking the last one out.
he was never a big fan of sitting for these shots :)
And then came the cake! He wasn't very into it, and spent most of his time finding other things in the room to smear icing all over.
it took about 8 months for someone to realize that birthday was spelled incorrectly on the sign in the back
And just like that, my year with Trentin was over, but we went out with quite a bang!
